About the role:
Ritchie Bros is looking for an outside sales professional to serve as a Work Location \xe2\x80\x93 in Providence, Rhode Island area including Eastern Connecticut, Central /Western Massachusetts Territory. Our territories have large customer bases as well as growth potential for someone with strong skills in forging new relationships. Critical to our business, our Territory Sales Managers are directly responsible for the generation of billions of dollars in gross transactional value every year. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager is an individual and regional team contributor for achieving quarterly and annual sales goals.
Here\xe2\x80\x99s a few things you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
Source and grow sales with new, high potential business by building strong, personal, and professional relationships with new and existing customers through pro-active prospecting and cold-calling.
Maximize customer returns by effectively positioning their assets through the multi-channel solutions Ritchie Bros. offers
Develop assigned territory by building, maintaining, and updating Playbook on a frequent basis.
Prepare customized presentations using sales materials and systems for new and existing customers to achieve future business
