Your tasks
- Understand customer needs and position Rohde & Schwarz to meet those needs
- Create new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
- Grow the territory and exceed quota
- Build and manage a strong sales funnel for multiple customers
- Manage cross-site opportunities and projects while working closely with all internal stakeholders
- Provide input and feedback to product marketing, service and development groups on customer product and application requirements

Your qualifications
- Physically reside in Kansas, Missouri, or Oklahoma
- BSEE (or equivalent technical education)
- 5+ years of test equipment sales experience or technical sales experience
- A working understanding of current electronic industry technologies (particularly aerospace and defense technologies)
- Enthusiastic and responsive to customer requests and questions
- Skilled at working within a team environment with strong communication and collaborating skills to achieve growth objectives
- Able to travel throughout the territory with some national and international travel
- To be considered, candidates must have US citizenship or permanent work authorization.
This is a full-time position with a total compensation target salary (base + commission) range of $119k- 210k bonus plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.
