TFH Kids Administrator
The Fathers House
:
A TFH Kids Administrator is responsible for the administration of the weekend program for a specific age group. His/her primary function is to schedule volunteers, organize curriculum, run the Vacaville weekend program and supply all campuses with everything they need for the weekend program.
Qualifications:
\xc2\xb7 2-5 years administrative experience. Experience working in TFH Kids is a plus.
\xc2\xb7 Must demonstrate a basic knowledge of the following computer programs; Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be willing to learn new programs as needed.
\xc2\xb7 Believes in and supports The Fathers Houses values and Statement of Faith.
\xc2\xb7 Must be a member of The Fathers House.
Preferred:
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Orange Curriculum
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Planning Center
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Rock RMS Database
Reporting Relationships:
\xc2\xb7 Reports directly to the Kids Pastor/s
Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Recruit, motivate and equip volunteers to serve at the weekend services.
\xc2\xb7 Oversee the Volunteer schedule for your particular area of ministry and ensure all needed positions are covered. If areas are not covered personally fill any holes that should arise.
\xc2\xb7 Oversee your specific age groups classroom on the weekends to ensure programs are running according to the Kids Pastors expectation.
\xc2\xb7 Organize curriculum for weekend services.
\xc2\xb7 Supply all campuses with everything needed for the weekend services.
\xc2\xb7 Follow TFH Kids Administrative SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
\xc2\xb7 Works hand in hand with TFH Kids Pastors on all Events.
\xc2\xb7 Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the TFH Kids Pastor.
