AS THE THERAPIST I, under medical supervision, you will provide unit based psychotherapeutic services to an assigned patient population using the established standards of care within his/her scope of practice. In addition to group based activities, you will also provide direct patient care on the inpatient behavioral health units.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or other human services field plus two years behavioral health experience preferred
• Previous Behavioral Health experience preferred
• Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification
• Comprehensive Crisis Management (CCM) certification within 12 months of start date in position/department
• Demonstrates effective communication and collaboration skills with physician and all other members of the healthcare team
• Progressive and successful work history
