Westgate Resorts is now hiring a Timeshare Owner Representative for a full-time, remote (work-from-home) position. *Please note that you may be asked to come into the office on some days.

Duties

Aim to satisfy new owner concerns and to reaffirm purchases if necessary

Provide service to owner requests within departmental guidelines, utilizing the customer relationship management software system

Speak with owners who have purchased within the last 30 days

Educate owners on their purchases and how to utilize their week(s) best * Be able to work the following schedule:

• Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
• Saturday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Read, write and speak English fluently (Spanish is preferred)
• Must possess integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic
• Attendance and Punctuality

Education

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training
• Experience in retaining clients is preferred
• Salesmanship skills preferred
