Position Overview
BesTitle Agency, Inc. is seeking a Title Assistant for our growing business in the Tri-State Area.
Primary Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Organize files based on Lender requirements.
\xc2\xb7 Complete updates/revisions as they come in.
\xc2\xb7 Fact-check all documents for accuracy.
\xc2\xb7 Answer questions from Lenders about the process or documents.
Requirements and Qualifications
\xc2\xb7 High school diploma or equivalent.
\xc2\xb7 Customer service
\xc2\xb7 Experience with real estate procedures is a plus
\xc2\xb7 High attention to detail
Benefits and Pay
\xc2\xb7 Holiday Pay after 60 days of employment
\xc2\xb7 Paid time off after 60 days of full-time employment.
\xc2\xb7 Simple IRA retirement program.

\xc2\xb7 Pay is based on related experience.
\xc2\xb7 This is a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30-5:00 with overtime if need be.
