DMV Customer Service Specialist

Company: Auto Tags & Titles

Location: Spenard & Minnesota area, Anchorage, Alaska

Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday - Saturday (8-hour shifts + 30 min lunch)

Starting Pay: $19.00/hour, with pay increases after completing DMV training

Benefits: No retirement/medical benefits currently available

Job Duties:

- Provide friendly, face-to-face customer service to all clients.

- Handle drop-offs, pickups with contracted dealerships, and occasional out-of-office errands (company vehicle provided).

- Issue Driver's Licenses, ID cards, and Instructional Permits.

- Process vehicle titles and registrations.

- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers in the office.

- Multi-task effectively, whether independently or in a team, within a fast-paced environment.

- Manage cash transactions, calculate fees, and perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily batch work.

Qualifications:

- Previous office or typing experience.

- Ability to work well under pressure.

- Availability for overtime when necessary.

- Valid driver's license required.

Additional Details:
