BesTitle Agency, Inc. is a full-service title insurance agency specializing in residential and commercial transactions throughout the Tri-State area of Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia. We are attorney-owned and managed and have been serving the Tri-State since 1991.
Position Overview
BesTitle Agency, Inc. is seeking a full-time Title Runner to assist the abstractors with delivering paperwork and title updates.
Primary Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Take recordings to courthouses.
\xc2\xb7 Assist with additional title updates, including online and courthouse searches.
\xc2\xb7 Scan final documents at the end of the day.
\xc2\xb7 Travel to the following counties:
OH: Lawrence
WV: Wayne, Cabell, Putnam, Lincoln, Mason, and Kanawha
Requirements and Qualifications
\xc2\xb7 A valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.
\xc2\xb7 Reliable transportation.
\xc2\xb7 The ability to travel to multiple counties within a given day.
\xc2\xb7 High attention to detail.
\xc2\xb7 Analytical thinking.
\xc2\xb7 Experience in real estate transactions is a plus!

\xc2\xb7 Mileage reimbursement.

\xc2\xb7 This is a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30-5:00 with overtime if need be.
