Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Title and or Escrow services, particularly in areas of servicing the Real Estate Community and Lending institutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding as a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their Title and Escrow needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely approvals. Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulatory changes to effectively communicate benefits to clients. Conduct follow-up communications with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Requirements

Proven experience in Title and Escrow services. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform basic math calculations accurately. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Previous experience as a Title or Escrow Sales Executive is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
