Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities - Ensure all rooms are in compliance with hotel standards and guest expectations - Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department - Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized supply cart and storage area - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Experience: - Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Excellent attention to detail - Strong communication skills Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
