As a member of the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort team, you will meet and engage with guests who have arrived to enjoy all the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer and help them experience our world-class amenities such as the state-of-the-art Wild Bear Falls water park.This jobs primary purpose is to enter tour guest information into computer and assist sales representatives with their appointments.DUTIES
Run reports at end of day for manifest.
Enter tour guest information into computer.
Input salespeople for daily attendance.
Write and enter VAC-PAC appointments.
Assist with progress reports.
Take invitations to gift room and sales floor.
Locate sales representatives and making sure that they have picked up their tours.
Dispense telephone messages.
Assist other sales departments as needed.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
