Towner Crest is seeking NOC Shift - Full-Time Caregivers (CBRF / CNA / Resident Assistant) to join our team of \'A Plus\' Caregivers!

• FT Noc Shift Available (10p to 6a)
• Hiring Bonuses: $1,000 for Full Time Noc Shift
• Every Other Weekend
• Noc Shift Premium of $1.50/hour

Responsibilities

• Perform ADL\xe2\x80\x99s as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
• Monitor changes in Resident\xe2\x80\x99s condition
• Transferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts, etc.)
• Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered.
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
