Schedule: Sunday-Thursday

Hours: 8pm-4:30am

Position Summary

Provides support for the shipping and receiving department by managing incoming trucks delivering products to our Femrite Warehouse location.

Essential Job Functions

• Yard Management - Log the incoming and outgoing truck and walk the yard to verify that the trailer log is accurate.

• Prepares receipt paperwork for inbound loads.

• Verifies trailer accuracy for outbound loads by checking trailer, seal, and store number.

• Work Independently

• DC Security Walk - Periodically walk the DC to ensure that all designated controls are active and functioning properly. Complete a visual inspection and document status.

• Safety Awareness - Address safety issues, assist with potential slips, trips and fall issues. Report any risks to management.

• Must be flexible with hours, including staying later, to ensure post is manned at all times.

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities

• Ability to read, speak and understand the English language on an intermediate level.

• Ability to count accurately and perform basic math.

• Ability to take initiative to correct issues without direction, offer solutions to problems and support a team effort.

• Knowledge of operating any or all of the following: RF terminal and bar code scanner, 2-way radio, computer terminal, including use of Microsoft office tools.

• Individuals in this position will primarily be located in a semi-climate controlled environment, with frequent outside exposure that is subject to temperature extremes.

Education and Experience

• High school graduate or equivalent

• Excellent math skills
