Objective: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Training and Scheduling Coordinator. As a Training and Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by managing schedules, coordinating appointments; while also providing training for our new and existing CAREGivers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Primary Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Reflect the core values of Care In Home, LLC, d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead. \xc2\xb7 Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner \xc2\xb7 Create a monthly training calendar \xc2\xb7 Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records in the operating system \xc2\xb7 Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Demonstrate open and effective communication with owner, colleagues and CAREGivers \xc2\xb7 Schedule and conduct CAREGiver training \xc2\xb7 Evaluate and update all training materials as needed \xc2\xb7 Track CAREGivers on their training and send out weekly reminders to complete their training \xc2\xb7 Assist the scheduler with filing open shifts and last minute call outs \xc2\xb7 Develop, plan and facilitate quarterly CAREGiver Meetings \xc2\xb7 Schedule and conduct CAREGiver Training, In-services and Alzheimer\xe2\x80\x99s Training \xc2\xb7 Ensure Home Instead Senior Care standards are met and upheld Secondary Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Monitor and comply with federal and local labor and safety laws \xc2\xb7 Perform any and all other functions and responsibilities deemed necessary \xc2\xb7 Assist the office with clerical tasks as needed Education/Experience Requirements: \xc2\xb7 High school graduation or the equivalent \xc2\xb7 Previous experience in similar role \xc2\xb7 Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license \xc2\xb7 Must have a valid HCA or NAC license \xc2\xb7 Training experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: \xc2\xb7 Must have an understanding of and uphold the policies and procedures established by Care In Home, LLC, d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead \xc2\xb7 Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively \xc2\xb7 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries or concerns professionaly \xc2\xb7 Must demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills \xc2\xb7 Must demonstrate discretion, integrity and fair-mindedness consistent with office standards, practices, policies and procedures \xc2\xb7 Must demonstrate knowledge of the senior care industry \xc2\xb7 Must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly work \xc2\xb7 Proficient computer skills, including experience with scheduling software (wellsky) and Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc \xc2\xb7 Must present a professional appearance and demeanor Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits:
