MMP is searching for a Training Coordinator to support the development and success of new financial advisors (years 1-4). Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the Training Director, Recruiting Director, and Sales Managers, this role focuses on connecting advisors with training resources, tracking their progress, and ensuring they build a strong foundation for a successful financial advisory practice. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about coaching and empowering others to thrive in their careers.Job Summary This role is responsible for coordinating all firm, home office, and external training resources to support advisor development, managing onboarding processes, tracking licensing progress, and fostering accountability. Success in this position is measured through advisor retention and productivity, making it a key contributor to the growth of the firm.Responsibilities The Training Coordinator will manage the onboarding process, ensuring new advisors have access to training resources, mentors, and development tools. They will track licensing exam progress, coordinate study materials, and ensure timely completion of requirements. The role includes maintaining a comprehensive training calendar, communicating schedules, and monitoring advisor engagement. Collaboration is critical, as this position works closely with firm leadership, sales managers, and external trainers to align programs and initiatives with organizational goals. The Training Coordinator will also ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records of advisor progress while holding them accountable for completing training programs and achieving development milestones.Qualifications The ideal candidate has experience in training coordination or project management, particularly within the financial services industry, and familiarity with financial advisor licensing and regulatory compliance. A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is required. The candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence, hold advisors accountable, and foster collaboration across teams. Proficiency in scheduling tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
