Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 pm to 7:00 am
Day (3x12 Hours) 7:00 am to 19:00 pm

Required two plus years' experience in a Nursing Home, Long term Care, Inpatient, Hospital, Acute Care and Medical Center.
Collaborate with RN, Nurse Managers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
LPN/LVN License:
Current and valid LPN license for AK states.PREVIOUS TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Required Certification:
Basic Life Support (BLS)Ratios:
1:20 or more as per census.Skills REQ:
