Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for synthesizing data from various corporate sourcing and real estate platforms and databases to measure the success of existing programs and identify further cost savings opportunities. Produce monthly Dashboard reporting to Senior Leadership on all T&E, real estate and other Sourcing managed expenses; Analyze detailed business unit spend using general ledger data, Cognos 10, Concur data and Corporate Credit Card data; Using vendor data and general ledger data, create reporting to identify utilization levels for Sourcing programs and isolate branches with high levels of non-compliance; Create tracking for acquisition on-boarding to assure that Sourcing programs are implemented timely and provide divisional reporting to the CFO\'s; Create exception reporting on T&E expense reimbursement outside of corporate policy by employee; Working with Financial Reporting, work to create T&E reporting that relates spend by producer to his/her revenue and provide the reporting to the divisional CFO\'s; Mine data from corporate card, Cognos, and other various databases for cost savings opportunities; Create presentations for Senior Leadership as required. Develop a monthly Dashboard for the IB leadership including real estate, travel-related costs (air, rail, hotel), copying, IT hardware, IT software, print & office supplies; Analyze the spend data to identify savings opportunities and work with both the US and UK staff to pursue these opportunities; Create tracking for acquisition on-boarding to assure that Sourcing programs are implemented timely. Provide divisional reporting to the CFO\'s. Work with the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) to create monthly reporting tracking vacancy by branch, branches without vacancy, SF per person per branch, office to workstation ratios, hoteling utilization, and other reports as identified from time to time; Along with the CRE professionals, rollout the real estate reporting to the divisional CFO\'s to aid in and support proposed changes to the real estate footprint; Work with CRE to create the annual strategic plans for both the US and the UK. Serve as the liaison to the Payroll Department to ensure the accuracy and balancing of expense reimbursements on a semi-monthly payroll; Create the semi-monthly Canary Report tracking travel usage based on expense reports processed through Concur; Maintain Divisional and business unit hierarchy for all reporting and consolidated billing functions; Monitor user access roles and business unit hierarchy for various systems. Oversee periodic SOX testing on system updates / modifications. Assist in building and maintaining new databases as implemented. May manage junior level employees. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor\'s degree (Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration). Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Powerpoint. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Minimum of 5 years related experience
Preferred: Cognos 8/10 Query and Report Building Experience. JDE system experience
