Treasury Associate

Sentinel Peak Capital Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and focused individual to join our accounting team as a Treasury Associate. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Associate Responsibilities (include, but not limited to)

\xc2\xb7 Record daily cash entries for all entities.

\xc2\xb7 Daily bank reconciliations for all non-corporate entities.

\xc2\xb7 Record payroll and benefits journal entries and invoices.

\xc2\xb7 Record distributions in the workbook and Juniper Square spreadsheet and upload.

\xc2\xb7 Scan all checks received at the corporate office; save copies to share drive.

\xc2\xb7 Other duties to be assigned.

Minimum Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Proficient with bookkeeping and accounting software.

\xc2\xb7 Strong bank reconciliation skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies with cash transactions.

\xc2\xb7 Previous experience working in a treasury role.

\xc2\xb7 Strong attention to detail.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent mathematical skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to adhere to strict deadlines.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to remain focused for extended periods.

\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Associate degree in business preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Experience with RealPage and Yardi software a plus, but not required.

Physical Demands: The job is periodically sedentary but requires some mobility. The position includes sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods and stooping for brief periods. There is some repetitive motion of the hands and wrists associated with using a computer.
