The Treasury Management Specialist I is a key member of the Treasury Management team, contributing to sales targets and portfolio growth. In this role, you will support the Treasury Management Sales team with research, proposals, and documentation. You will serve as a liaison between clients, Treasury Management Sales, Treasury Services and other internal partners, ensuring a successful implementation experience. The TM Specialist I will have strong knowledge of business banking requirements, Treasury management products and services, and client portfolios.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities * Collaborate with Treasury Management Officer on proposal preparation, RFP responses, pricing analysis and TM relationship reviews.

• Joint calling with Sales Team either in person or virtually to gain client knowledge and build rapport.
• Create service requests for onboarding new and existing Treasury Products; Partner with client and internal teams ensuring timelines are met, implementation and training is completed and accurate pricing and billing is established.
• Onboard new and existing Treasury Management client depository account(s).
• Partner with Treasury Services Support teams to ensure clients needs are met; Serve as key liaison to clients to facilitate a thorough and successful service delivery.
• Designated back up to Treasury Management Sales Officers in their absence and assist clients as appropriate.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Experience and Education

• Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years experience with treasury management products preferred
• 0-2 years experience with other bank products, client service or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
• Solid sales, analytical and quantitative skills to determine the clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
• Some new accounts knowledge preferred
• Must have foundational computer skills including: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook email and calendaring), Word, Excel and the Internet.

Skills & Abilities:

• The ability to effectively work both independently as a contributor and collaboratively in a team is required. Ability to effectively interact with all internal bank organizational levels, external bank consultants, vendors and suppliers, and clients.
• Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner multiple business units and partners.
• Strong passion for the client and strives to ensure they receive the best in class client service in their channel of choice.
• Thorough knowledge of the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s organizational structure, policies, and operating procedures, as well as thorough knowledge of bank products/services in conjunction with the proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized while focusing on work quality with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
