Position Title: Treatment Coordinator - Full-time

Job Summary:
Provides case management like services to a maximum of eight Treatment Foster Children under the direction of the TFC Clinical Supervisor.

• Meets all State requirements for all treatment foster children including four face-to-face contacts per month.
• Completes all required documentation on time and correctly.
• Develops and implements each child\'s treatment plan in coordination with the treatment team.
• Completes all case management type of needs for each assigned treatment foster child and each treatment foster parent.
• Supports the child\'s relationship with his/her biological family and involves them in their child\'s treatment planning (as appropriate).
• Participates in appropriate meetings, committees, weekly supervision, team meetings, skill enhancement as needed for professional development; and crisis on-call rotation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• B.A., B.S. in human services field.
• One (1) year of experience working with children in the mental health field
