What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
This is a professional supervisory position accountable for professional program planning and management. Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates individual habilitation and/or treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities; assists with implementation and training on behavioral support strategies; responsible for accurate data collection and inputting of that data in order to ensure data-driven decisions are made regarding a individual\xe2\x80\x99s treatment plan; responsible for performing fidelity checks to ensure strategies marked out in the individual\xe2\x80\x99s behavior support plan are being implemented; responsible for being a part of the Interdisciplinary Team serving each individual; required to participate in the State Operated Program Behavior Team; supervises a group of support care staff who provide care for individuals receiving State Crisis Services; supervised by the Behavior Analyst.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of and the ability to provide general care and treatment of individuals, including basic nursing, first aid, and emergency treatments; ability to work with individuals with physical or mental illness, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or the geriatric population; knowledge of behavior modification techniques, medical terminology, and drug classifications; ability to prepare and maintain records, charts, and reports; knowledge of positive behavior support principles and practices; ability to evaluate the progress of individuals and the quality of their treatment programs; knowledge of methods and techniques of supervision and training; ability to assign, direct, and review the work of staff involved in the implementation of habilitation and behavior intervention programs; proficient skill in Microsoft Office.
