We are looking to hire an experienced Tree Climber. If you are a hard-working team player that takes direction well, has a positive attitude, good communication skills and you want to learn and grow with a great company, we'd like to talk with you!


Climb and prune various types of trees above heights of 20 feet. Perform specialized pruning and takedowns. Operate equipment (e.g., chainsaw, chipper, hand tools) safely. Demonstrate proper tree pruning techniques. Maintain tools and equipment to ensure safety. Demonstrate basic tree and disease identification skills. Complete paperwork in an accurate, legible, and timely manner. Provide excellent service (e.g., accurate, complete, and timely) to clients, work-site partners, and other staff in a courteous and efficient manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years experience in tree trimming or related formal education. Ability to obtain and select pertinent information through investigation, observation and questioning. Ability to organize and combine different pieces of information into meaningful order to identify problems. Possess and utilize good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and management. A valid Massachusetts driver's license with a driving record acceptable to the company's insurance carrier is required - a CDL is a plus.
