Los Angeles based, and statewide recognized Personal injury law firm is looking for an exceptional Trial Litigation Associate

who is a powerhouse litigator with passion to help victims fight for justice. We represent thousands of plaintiffs. We need passionate, young lawyers to join our incredible team as we grow our practice. Candidates must have Trial experience and have impressive legal research and writing as well as strong oral and written communication skills. Candidates are expected to be licensed in California and in good standing. Attention to detail is a must! We are looking for a long-term committed relationship where we can grow together. Functions and Responsibilities

:

Develop a case theme that is compelling and gather evidence in case building Communicate with clients and other parties involved Provide proactive leadership and direction within the team Performs other duties required by Managing Partner Draft/update/finalize pleadings Draft/update/finalize discovery Draft/update/finalize answers/responses Attend hearings, Depositions, Mediations, and Client Meetings Maintain his/her schedule

Skills:

Must be able to interact effectively with clients and have polished communication skills (both oral and written). Must be an excellent motion writer and detail-oriented. Must be a self-starter with excellent planning and organization skills. Must be highly motivated and able to work independently. Must possess a strong work ethic. Must possess strong decision-making, critical thinking, and active listening skills. Must possess strong computer skills, specifically Excel and MS Word for Windows. Must maintain professional, courteous manner with all clients and fellow employees.
