Hours: 24/7 operation \xe2\x80\x93 Various on-site shifts available.

Position Responsibilities

Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.

Help customers navigate Uline\'s website and online ordering.

Become a product expert! We\xe2\x80\x99ll equip you to answer product, pricing, availability and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor\'s degree preferred.

Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you want to provide the best experience for our customers, we\xe2\x80\x99ll train you!
