Job Summary: Anderson Security is looking for an Unarmed Security ( Construction Officer ). The qualified Unarmed Security ( Construction Officer ) will help with providing safety and security for the clients\' property, personnel, and equipment. Very flexible schedules! The Unarmed Security ( Construction Officer ). will need to be comfortable working outside in the elements to meet the site\'s requirements. Additional responsibilities and requirements are listed below.

• Promote site safety programs and initiatives to foster a safe work environment.
• Conduct foot patrols around the vicinity of the worksites to identify anything out of the ordinary, reporting such occurrences immediately.
• Exercise ethical decision-making in the completion of your tasks.
• Demonstrate attention to detail by observing, reporting, and documenting anything out of the ordinary.
• Abide by corporate standard operating procedures, client directions, and site-specific post orders.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, staff, and customers by providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist with other relative tasks as deemed necessary by Anderson Security Agency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Unarmed Arizona Security Guard Card ( We can help )
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certifications
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Be comfortable standing, walking, and completing other tasks on your feet for up to 90 minutes at a time.
• Submit a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
• Adhere to company policy regarding appearance.
• Have reliable means to get to the worksite.
