Unified Communications Manager
Job Description
TRC is seeking a Unified Communications Manager for a full time role in North Georgia. Candidate must have a bachelor\'s degree and at least two years related experience.
Job Summary
As a member of the Technical Services Team, the position is responsible for architecture and the management of organizational infrastructure in the wired/wireless environment. Provides management oversight and mentorship to network, telecommunications and Audio-Visual engineers responsible for maintaining the wired and wireless infrastructure, network security and load balancing, and network addressing. Leads and conducts research on emerging technologies and recommends technologies that increase infrastructure flexibility and resiliency. Knowledge of managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting leading network hardware from vendors such as Juniper, Avaya, Microsoft Teams, Cisco, Checkpoint, F5, Infoblox, and Aruba. Strong knowledge of the OSI model to understand issues from physical to application layer. Disaster recovery planning and testing for highly available infrastructure. Experience with managing complex projects required.
- Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree
- Minimum Experience: Two (2) years related management experience required or four (4) years as senior level analyst. At least four (4) years of previous healthcare information systems experience required.
