Handles admit/discharge/transfer functions, manages reservation and processing activities, manages phones and call bells, and refers requests from patients, family, and staff to the appropriate personnel. This job plays an important role in enhancing the patient experience by ensuring follow up to patient requests and needs in a timely fashion.Shift3 12-hour shifts/week, Rotating weekends and holidayEducationRequired - High School diploma or equivalentWork ExperiencePreferred - Experience in the medical/healthcare industryCertificationsPreferred - Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart AssociationKnowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
