Duties:
- Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services on vehicles
- Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance needs and communicate findings to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures and techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Basic sales skills to promote additional services or products to customers
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and work independently
