To reinforce the business and grow the Luxury skincare division at Coty, we seek a Media Manager, US Luxury Media, Skincare to be responsible for skincare strategy development and campaign execution locally. Along with the cross-functional skincare teams, the Media Manager will play a key role in building media campaigns that ladder up to brand growth goals.
The Media Manager, US Luxury Media, Skincare will work with cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver robust, innovative, on-brand and high-quality media programs.
This role will report primarily into the Media Director, US Luxury and work collaboratively with key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Ecomm, Influencer/PR, DTC and Global teams.
This job is suited for a media professional with experience in the beauty industry, a background in skincare and growth marketing, and aligning broader strategies to meet the objectives of the business.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Helping develop best-in-class media campaigns for our growing skincare portfolio. The role will include full-funnel planning and strategic work across the skincare brands, seeing campaign execution from start to finish. The Media Manager will be responsible for budgets, campaign planning, launch, and reporting, and finding learnings and insights that align with the breadth of the skincare portfolio (from \xe2\x80\x9cmasstige\xe2\x80\x9d to \xe2\x80\x9cpremium plus\xe2\x80\x9d). The role will also act as the media guardian and make business recommendations relevant to the overall growth and KPIs of the brands.
