What you\'ll do:

• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis plans.
• Identify opportunities to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and data visualization techniques.

What you\'ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on analyzing large and complex datasets.
• Hands-on experience in Visualization Tools like Power BI, Tableau etc. is highly desirable.
• Proficient in SQL and Experience in scripting languages e.g., Python is preferred.
• Expertise with On-prem and Cloud Databases (Google Big Query, SQL Server etc.).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable insights.
• Experience in data modeling, data mining, and predictive analytics techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience on working with Agile methodology - Kanban or SCRUM.
