What you\'ll do...

The Enterprise Client Experience (ECE) team is looking for a customer-obsessed collaborator to join the Global Tech Organization as a Staff, Technical Program Manager, working alongside a team of talented Program Managers and Client Engineering teams to deliver modern client experiences that associates trust to power anytime, anywhere work.

About Team:
Our team is focused on developing a streamlined, dependable company that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience (ADE). We also provide a variety of services such as procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. From developing HR chatbots and virtual assistants to creating invoice solutions and facilitating legal changes, we help drive efficiency across Walmart globally.

What you\'ll do:

Increasing communication, collaboration, transparency, and throughput across the ECE space, managing relationships with internal teams, key partners and stakeholders across the business (including other technology teams and senior leaders), and third-party vendors

Driving progress of our key strategic initiatives, leading multiple product teams and business segments through end-to-end technical projects and programs

Leveraging your technical program management experience to successfully lead end-to-end projects and programs alongside our product engineering teams, mentoring and influencing peers, product teams, and leaders along the way

Setting, clearly communicating, and tracking meaningful goals, managing your own deliverables as well as the progress of others, motivating the team to achieve the expected results, and holding them accountable for doing so, redirecting their efforts when necessary

Identifying, tracking, and reporting out on various KPIs to measure the team\'s success

What you\'ll bring:

You\'re an agile leader that can effectively communicate with, inspire and influence product engineering teams to reach their goals, deconstructing ambiguity and helping to mitigate technical roadblocks through technical program and project management techniques

You have a deep technical expertise with end-user client technology such as Mac OS, Windows OS, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Igel, XR and/or software delivery & patching

You\'re passionate about delivering a digital experience that exceeds the expectations of our customer, the associate

You\'re an analytical problem solver and strategic thinker that enjoys process improvement, storytelling and using data to make decisions

You\'re a change agent; not only do you personally enjoy changing or expanding your scope to help meet the needs of the business, but you also have experience implementing large change management initiatives

You\'re a team player that enjoys a fast-paced atmosphere, embraces a high-performance culture, and can easily flex to meet the needs of our teams
