Under the direction of the Safety Manager, the Utilities Assistant will work to support and perform a wide range of safety programs and related activities in both the office and field. The incumbent will interface with all levels within the organization to ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping as well as compliance with a variety of safety regulatory requirements, including timely completion of training, drills, and after-action reviews. In addition, they will conduct onsite/in-field inspections, providing timely feedback and correction action.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor\'s degree AND one (1) year of full-time employment experience in a safety-related role or administrative assistant experience supporting safety related work
OR
An Associate\'s degree AND five (5) years of full-time employment experience in a safety-related role or administrative assistant experience supporting safety related work
