We are looking for you to:
Lead and manage a team of Utility Technicians, overseeing light maintenance tasks and facility project work.
Interview, hire, and train team members, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
Schedule and assign daily work tasks, coordinating projects and maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
Supervise and perform light maintenance tasks, including equipment inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Ensure facility cleanliness and organization, including removing debris, empty pallets, and maintaining clear aisles.
Assist with project work such as facility upgrades, installations, and general maintenance projects.
Monitor and enforce safety procedures, ensuring the team follows all health and safety regulations.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and team performance.
Collaborate with other departments to support the production line and address any facility-related needs.
Adhering to health and safety regulations
You will have:
2-5 years of supervisory experience in the warehouse industry
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, ensuring high standards of performance and safety.
Experience overseeing maintenance and project work in a manufacturing facility.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on training and development.
Basic computer skills for managing schedules, records, and reporting.
