Skillfully manage reservation tasks, including payment processing, handling cancellations, addressing inquiries, fulfilling special requests, providing property details, and resolving guest concerns.
Assist in resolving third-party booking complications from platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
Assess availability of vacation rental properties for desired travel dates and make reservations according to customer preferences and budget.
Address any booking issues promptly and provide guidance to customers throughout the reservation process.
Promote additional services and perks to guests to enhance their experience.
Offer customer support for reservation modifications, cancellations, and refunds, employing problem-solving skills as needed.
Collaborate with other departments as necessary to provide seamless support.
Guide customers in selecting the most suitable vacation home rental for their needs.
Ensure timely reconciliation of outstanding balances.
Support training initiatives and contribute to ongoing learning efforts.
Assist Reservations Manager with data entry tasks and maintain data accuracy.
Uphold company policies and procedures to foster trust among guests, property owners, and stakeholders.
Accurately input data into various systems while preserving data integrity.
Undertake additional property management tasks or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:Education:

Quick learner with new software and tools.
Experience in Hotels, Vacation Rentals, Sales, or Customer Service and/or Reservations teams.
