Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Operate cash registers for payment processing and manage cash handling accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area. Drive vehicles of varying sizes, including manual transmission vehicles, as needed. Monitor parking lot capacity and ensure compliance with parking regulations. Assist with valet parking services when required. Communicate effectively with team members and guests to enhance overall experience.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating cash registers is essential. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to accommodate diverse clientele. Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission, is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Experience in valet parking or dealership environments is beneficial but not mandatory. A commitment to providing excellent customer service in all interactions.
