Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Build sales by maintaining a consumer centric mindset and using selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the store is consistently recovered and consumer ready by meeting brand standards. \xc2\xb7 Use strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills to exceed sales results. \xc2\xb7 Regularly interact with consumers within the store, providing a high level of customer service. \xc2\xb7 Adhere to policies, procedures and practices that align with company directives. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Proven communication skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays \xc2\xb7 Ability to be solution oriented \xc2\xb7 Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment \xc2\xb7 0-1 years of related professional/retail experience is preferred \xc2\xb7 A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements. Hiring Range: $10.37 USD - $15.56 USD per hour

Minimum Start Rate: $14.00
