Job Description
CHI Living Communities has an exciting leadership opportunity for a Vice President of Clinical
Services committed to serving and growing our Catholic ministry. The Vice President of
Clinical Services will join a team of dedicated professionals committed to our values of

The Vice President of Clinical Services is responsible for developing the vision and clinical
strategy of the senior business line. The position ensures support and resources are in place to
achieve the highest level of quality outcomes for the organization by providing oversight of all
clinical programs, policies, compliance, quality assurance and system processes.
To accomplish these goals, candidates must have:
- Master\'s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Ohio.
- Minimum 5 years\' experience in long-term care, corporate clinical leadership experience.
- Current RAC-CT certicification.
