We blend PR, production, creative and strategy and distribution network as we work with many of the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading consumer brands in the luxury, food & drink, travel, leisure, sport sponsorship and lifestyle space. The agency is award winning in the EMEA region and hopes to replicate its success in the US.

Currently, we are seeking an Associate Director who can lead the day-to-day operations of the New York office. In this role you will be responsible for a team of four, the successful candidate will have a strong background in video production and strategy, team management and creative problem solving.

Accountabilities

In the role you would be expected to:

• Manage the day-to-day workload of the New York team including video production, PR execution and digital strategy
• Maintain TVC team cohesion
• Provide day-to-day strategic consultancy to Economist Group clients across events, content and sales
• Generate ideas for new business proposals
• Ensure the team delivers excellent work on time and to budget
• Maintain creative standards, challenging the team and yourself to develop new ideas and new ways of executing

Experience, skills and professional attributes

To succeed in the role you must have:

• Good understanding of content strategy and creation, especially video production
• Experience managing a team for optimum results
• Exceptional communication skills, managing clients expectations and working closely with internal colleagues to deliver strong results
• Good strategic and creative thinking skills with the ability to communicate those ideas successfully
• Experience of creating and hitting budgets
