The Vice President, AWS LATAM Commercial Sales will be responsible for defining and executing a best-in-class global commercial sales strategy for AWS in LATAM. We are seeking an accomplished global sales leader to own the development, execution, measurement and reporting of a best-in-class sales strategy that will drive customer acquisition and usage of AWS\' broad portfolio of products and services. This leader should have a track record of building high-performing teams that are data-driven, results oriented, relentlessly focused on the customer, and that work to quickly identify and iterate on sales strategies. This leader should be passionate about building compelling sales solutions that work backwards from customer needs, with the goal of accelerating sustained adoption of our product suite across a diverse set of customers and industries.
This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnership across Product Management, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, PR, Legal, and Training teams, and requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written. This role requires an analytical sales leader and a compelling story-teller with an innate ability to align AWS\' solutions to our customers\' needs. As an owner, you will not only define the AWS LATAM sales strategy, you will build and shape a high performing, multi-discipline sales team.
