:Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer The VP, Global Brand Marketing, has the primary responsibility for driving a holistic strategy to enhance brand visibility and optimize customer acquisition and retention. Under the leadership of the VP Brand Marketing, strengthen our market position and generate profitable growth and value for the Hertz Dollar and Thrifty Brands.What You\'ll Do:

  • Drive awareness, consideration and conversion for the Hertz, Dollar & Thrifty brands through brand-building and promotional marketing campaigns
  • Execution of marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Continued focus on ROI, driving revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention. Drive customer engagement and retention through targeted marketing initiatives, cultivating brand loyalty.
  • Lead integrated campaigns and efforts within and outside of the immediate Marketing organization, most notably Media, Retention, Digital & PR
  • Create, develop, launch and manage relevant, sound and consistent brand & marketing strategies for Hertz brand portfolios
  • Lead active management of brand results and opportunities and risks process to maximize results including
  • Insights from performance analysis
  • Active allocation / management of budget and resources to best opportunities
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals that oversee end to end creative, campaign management, channel management & centers of excellence including:
  • Brand Campaigns & Activations
  • Creative Services
  • Social Media
  • Marketing Promotions
  • Small Business
  • Marketing Partnerships
  • Integrate with other functions to drive brand strategy across all customer touchpoints including but not limited to:
  • Fleet - types of cars, merchandising approaches
  • Customer experience - digital (website, apps, CRM) and physical (locations, call center, etc.)
  • Loyalty program
  • Partner channels
  • Creative & production agency management and broader agency portfolio integration
  • Collaborate with the broader enterprise to solicit continuous feedback on current and future marketing tactics, launch new products, and leverage internal analytics resources to measure the success (e.g., overall revenue growth and marketing metrics like brand awareness, site visits, etc.)
  • Knowledge of marketing & industry trends to remain innovative & differentiated & working with the broader Marketing organization to conduct consumer research where necessary
What We\'re Looking For:
  • 10+ years\' experience in Marketing
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, business management or related / relevant field required
  • Masters degree preferred but not required
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
  • Ability to influence
  • Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

We expect the starting salary to be around $250,000 with annual bonus, LTI and a company car. The actual salary will be determined based on years of relevant work experienceWhat You\'ll Get:
