The Fedcap Group in New York, NY is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as our full-time VP of Higher Education. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated professional who is ready to make a lasting impact in the field of higher education.
WHAT\'S IN IT FOR YOU? This position comes with a competitive salary range of $185,000 - $200,000 per year. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm with overtime as needed. All that you need is:

• Master\'s degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Ten years of experience in leadership roles in institutions of higher education is preferred but not required.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT AS OUR VP OF HIGHER EDUCATION? In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the post-secondary portfolio and its affiliates. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing and expanding into new markets for our post-secondary programs. You will have the opportunity to assess potential locations for program expansion as well as develop and gain approval for new post-secondary programs, with a specific focus on accredited programs eligible for Title IV financial aid. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing student support initiatives that enhance success outcomes in our post-secondary programs. Your ability to track and monitor student success and pathways will be instrumental in ensuring the effectiveness and impact of our programs.
