In short, We Enable Possibility\xe2\x84\xa0.RESPONSIBILITIESStrategy and Planning:Partner with BU leader(s) to understand strategic priorities, analyze customer/employee journeys, and identify improvement opportunitiesIdentify Operational and Tech initiatives required to support UWPartner with IT and UW leaders to define the short- and long-term Ops and Tech roadmapIncorporate SA capabilities into Operations workflowsAdvise on transformation initiative prioritization by providing a BU-perspectiveCreate business requirements and act as the glue between UW and ITBring market insights on leading practices to inform business prioritiesExecution:Own and drive improvement in the CX/EX journeys, including partnering with SA to provide input to UI/UXMonitor UW operations by tracking performance metrics / SLAs and identifying opportunities for improvementFacilitate cross-functional transformation efforts by serving as an Initiative OwnerLead implementation of technology and analytics-enabled workflows in collaboration with IT, SA, and other enabling functions as neededPartner with IT and Lean Deployment Specialists to implement automation strategies and other technology-driven workflowsPartner with IT to review and provide feedback on IT value generationTriangulation COE:Engage in cross-functional problem-solving across IT, Data, SA, and other functionsTalent Management:Assist in goal setting and performance evaluation of the Triangulation CoE and performance feedback of DPMsCapability Development:Oversee the development of the Triangulation CoE muscle and position the CoE to act as the central point for people, process, tech, and data to support business objectivesKEY COMPETENCIESIndividual:Ability to discern operational and tech implications of strategic business plansEffective communication of BU strategy and operational plan to stakeholders and operational enablers across the orgAbility to engage IT and Business partners to deliver solutions that meet customer & business needsCapacity to lead large-scale transformation effortsExperience documenting strategic requirements and identifying opportunities to improve customer and employee journeysTeam:Cross-functional engagement and alignment with IT, Data, SA, and other business functionsBusiness innovation & optimizationTriangulation COESKILLSCertified Scrum Product OwnerExcellent written and oral communication skillsMust demonstrate proficiency in Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills, Communication, Technical, and Organization, Problem Solving and Service SkillsMust be a self-starter, demonstrate flexibility and adaptabilitySelf-starter demonstrating flexibility, accountability, and adaptabilityKnowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelProficiency with all Arch systems and a solid understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel is requiredEDUCATIONBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in related field15 years prior experience in Insurance Operations roleFor individuals assigned or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, NJ; New York State; and/or Washington State, the base salary range is listed below. This range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.$150,000 - $205,000/yearTotal individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
