At CCI, we assist Developmentally Disabled Adults to live as independently as possible in their own homes.

Our participants, are so much fun!

They are in need of Direct Care staff that want to not only have fun with them, but also be there to assist them with day to day things like, effective communication, roommate conflict resolution, healthy meal choices, grocery shopping, meal prep, light house work, and personal hygiene.

These participants also would like their staff to be around to play video games, take them hiking, fishing, bowling, or just simply chill and watch TV!

We currently have a few different shifts to chose from! Our Post Falls location is growing; we have a new house opening on 3/6/25 and more to come!

Possible schedule options:

Night shift with sleep time:

36 hrs/wk; 3 nights, 7pm-7am, to include either Sat or Sun; $1794-1872/month average gross 48 hrs/wk; 4 nights, 7pm-7am, to include either Sat or Sun; $2479-2600/month average gross 60 hrs/wk; 5 nights, 7pm-7am, to include either Sat or Sun; $3165-3300/month average gross
Day shift:

36 hrs/wk; 3 days, 7am-7pm, to include either Sat or Sun; $2441-2496/month average gross 48 hrs/wk; 4 days, 7am-7pm to include either Sat or Sun; $3425-3520/month average gross 60 hrs/wk; 5 days, 7am-7pm to include either Sat or Sun; $4323-4417/month average gross
