Description:STARTING AT $18 PER HOUR - Hiring for Seasonal Employment April 2023 through September 2023, 1st and 2nd Shifts

We\'re excited to announce we are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our rapidly growing team in Pittsfield, MA. The ideal candidate will support our picking, packing, replenishment and receiving functions.

How will you support our team?

• Process and pick customer orders with a high degree of quality and productivity.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery according to schedule. (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and stock company products. (rugs of all sizes)
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Report any discrepancies.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain powered industrial Trucks.

Requirements:

We\'re looking for someone with...

• Ability to consistently lift-up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift 75-100 lbs.
• Success in meeting accuracy requirements.
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Meet performance standards of the position in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, overtime and Holidays as needed.
• Ability to meet company standards for attendance.
• Must have Transportation to and from work site.
• Day shift and evening shift are available.
