Job Description

We're looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team!As a Warehouse Associate for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you'll become a pivotal part of our team's success. • Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments.
• Organize and plan materials for pickup.
• Clean, organize, and prepare trucks for next day Installations.
• Inventory all service parts and mark accurately and placed in correct in rack
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace per company policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities may vary based on location and shift times.

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers license with clean driving record, required. Must be 21 years old to drive our company vehicles.
• Warehouse or customer service experience, preferred.
• Forklift experience, preferred but not needed.
• Experience with tools such as chop saw, drill, caulking gun, etc.
• Knowledge of basic safety procedures.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand often while carrying weight. Ability to lift up to 150 lbs.

$18 - $18.50 an hour$18/hr with 3 month trial period and $18.50/hr after.Pre-Employment RequirementsEsler Companies requires applicants to successfully complete the following as part of the hiring process:
