Watkins Distributing is a family owned and operated beverage distribution company that has serviced Idaho and Montana for four generations.
Job Summary:
This position will be a hybrid delivery helper/warehouse role.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist Delivery Driver on assigned route, delivering and merchandising company\'s products in a safe, timely and professional manner
- Assist with stocking product on the shelf or back-stock area per accounts needs
- Rotate all product according to company standards
- Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack to move beverage from inventor pallets to sales pallets.
- Listen to an automated \xe2\x80\x9cvoice pick\xe2\x80\x9d system, directing you where to go throughout the warehouse
- Shrink wrap palleted loads
- Move pallets throughout the warehouse and load them on to trucks.
- Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and no major driving violations.
- Must be able to lift 25-35lbs regularly, and 160lbs to waist level.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be able to navigate with a hand truck full of product.
- Ability to utilize standard hand-held computer input/output devices.
