As a Warehouse Department Manager, support overnight operations at our 900,000+ square-foot Reno warehouse stocked with over 40,000 shipping, industrial and packaging products. Our company continues to grow, creating new opportunities and job stability you can count on!Night Shift Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 5 AM.Position ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of a specified warehouse department, such as UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock or Transfers.Provide hands-on leadership and development for warehouse team lead personnel.Create schedules and plans to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals.Maintain high levels of accuracy and customer service in your daily department operations.Monitor warehouse performance data and quality standards to identify opportunities for improvement.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
