Warehouse Lead
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials - Manage a team and communicate with multiple departments
- Pull and organize orders for delivery or pickup
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs.
- Must be able to be on your feet and go up and down stairs
- Perform inventory and check for variances
- Keep a clean and safe working environment
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Assist in organizing/cleaning high volume warehouse
Skills:
- Competent in performing basic warehouse skills
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 60 pounds)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High school diploma or equivalent
