Spartan Logistics is a third-party logistics (3PL) company headquartered in Columbus, OH. We specialize in a unique logistics model: We own and operate our own warehouses, fleet, forklifts, and other key equipment. We have decades of experience in fast-moving inventory, especially food and beverages, and also are veteran handlers of glass, paper, automotive supplies, and more. With our staff of more than 350, we operate over 4 million square feet of warehouse space strategically placed throughout Ohio, Indiana, South Carolina, Missouri, Arkansas, Kentucky and Texas.We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Anderson, SC. The position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily warehousing activities. They oversee production, staffing, quality, customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volumes within the expected time limits. They are responsible for ensuring the highest quality of the work and maximizing productivity.Starting Pay: $22/HRWhat You\'ll be doing as a Warehouse Supervisor:

• Achieves high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in shipping, receiving, order accuracy and assuring quality of goods delivered
• Measures and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance
• Observes the organization and maintenance of product
• Measures and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance
• Ensures shipment\'s accuracy
• Determines staffing levels and assign workload for the shift
• Interfaces with our customer to answer questions and solve problems
• Identifies areas of improvement and establish innovative ideas or adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Complies with OSHA and other safety regulations
• Conducts safety inspections
• Performs other duties as assigned
