The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

```Responsibilities:```
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all inventory transactions
- Implement and enforce proper inventory control procedures
- Monitor and maintain warehouse safety standards in compliance with OSHA regulations
- Train and develop warehouse staff on proper procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shipping or receiving process
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

```Skills:```
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts
- Experience working in a 3PL or distribution center environment
- Proficient in inventory control systems and warehouse management software
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
